All handmade Posie products are genuinely handmade in the Posie studio by designer Jennie McClelland.  So when you order a handmade Posie product, you are dealing with the creator directly, nothing it outsourced or made overseas.  This is how any alterations, adjustments or special requests can be accommodated.  All products are made in a timely mannor with quality & great care.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order from Posie, of ANY item listed on the website, please contact Posie immediately to discuss your concerns & we'll work on a resolution.  If the product is a handmade Posie product or custom design & meets the specifications you requested, there are no refunds, however, an adjustment or exchange may be available.

Refunds, returns, exchanges or anything else you can imagine, must be addressed within 14 days of goods being delivery.  Please know, Posie is very reasonable, experienced & a mother at heart, so if you do have any questions, please do not hesitate to discuss them.  The point of being in business is to create beautiful things for people to love & enjoy, so Posie would share your disappointment if you weren't entirely thrilled.  Please contact Posie through the methods listed on the Contact page.
